During this Morocco tour itinerary of 7 days from Tangier to Casablanca via Marrakesh. You will mostly visit the most important cities and places here in Morocco.
First, we are going to meet and pick you up in Tangier and drive to Fes to explore its beautiful old medina and monuments. After that, on the next day, you are going to be taken on a tour to explore all of Fes City & learn about its history with a local tour guide.
On the third day, we are going to hit the road and head over to the Sahara Desert of Merzouga via the middle Atlas mountains. Following our one-night stay in the amazing Sahara Desert, we are going to carry on driving & exploring all the way to the gorges of Todra & Boumalne Dades.
After that, we are going to drive through the high Atlas Mountains all the way to Marrakech, and we are going to dedicate this day to exploring this city of varying degrees of beauty, vibrance, and charm.
Last but not least, we are going to drive to Casablanca where our 7 days in Morocco ends.

On the first day of our Morocco travel itinerary 7 days from Tangier to Casablanca via Marrakech, we are going to start our adventure early in the morning from Tangier to Fes, a historic and imperial city known for its old medina and its souks that are so alive and its fascinating and unique architecture.
On the way, we will pass through the scenic Rif Mountains and stop at the picturesque city of Chefchaouen, also known as the Blue Pearl of Morocco with its unique vibe and picturesque views. You will have a guided tour of Chefchaouen, and free time for lunch. Next, we are going to continue our driving all the way to Fes and spend the night at a Riad.
On the second day of our Morocco travel itinerary 7 days from Tangier, get ready for a full day of exploration of Fes, the cultural and spiritual heart of Morocco. Get “lost” with your local guide as you wander through the narrow winding streets of the UNESCO-listed Fes el-Bali (Old Medina) where you’ll pay a visit to centuries-old tanneries, intricately decorated mosques, plus one of the oldest universities in the world and the first ever founded by a woman, the University of Al-Quaraouiyine. While there, don’t forget to immerse yourself in the medina’s bustling atmosphere as you wind your way through the old city’s countless lively markets.
Not to mention, discover some of the most fascinating historical hot spots outside of the medina to experience Fes from a different perspective. Stops include the Royal Palace Gates, the Jewish Quarter, and the South Tower, which offers an incredible panoramic view of the old city.
As if that weren’t enough, Fes is also famous the world over for its one-of-a-kind ceramics. To learn more, you’ll have the opportunity to get to meet local artisans and see first-hand how they practice their craft.
On the third day of our Morocco travel itinerary 7 days from Tangier after a nice breakfast, we are going to depart for the Sahara Desert, an amazing natural wonder that stretches across Morocco and several other North African countries.
Next, we will stop by the Cedar Forest in Azrou, home to Barbary macaques, and then continue to Midelt, a town located in the Middle Atlas Mountains. After that, we will drive through the Ziz Valley, known for its palm groves and scenic landscapes worth capturing.
When we Arrive in Merzouga, we will see a whole different vibe and scenery experience a camel ride through the golden sand dunes, watch the sunset, as it goes down in the amazing Sahara Desert, and enjoy traditional Berber music as well as spend the night there at a desert luxury camp.
On the fourth day of our Morocco travel itinerary of 7 days from Tangier, we are going to get up early to witness the magical sunrise over the sand dunes of the Moroccan Sahara Desert. Then, we are going to get back to our camp for breakfast and a cozy morning shower, before we depart for Rissani. The latter is a historic town known for its traditional markets, and then visit the ruins of Sijilmassa, an ancient trading hub.
Following that, we shall continue to Erfoud and explore its fossil workshops and marble factories. Then Journey to the stunning Todra Gorges, famous for its towering canyon walls. After that, we shall continue to the Dades Valley and enjoy the scenic landscapes. Last but not least, we will enjoy an Overnight stay at a hotel in the Dades Valley.
On the fifth day of our Morocco travel itinerary 7 days from Tangier, we will get up early as usual and leave for Marrakech, one of Morocco’s most famous cities known for its vibrant markets, wonderful architecture, and rich history. Our first stop will be in the rose valley. After that, we will visit the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that has been featured in many movies.
As we travel to Marrakech, we will pass through the High Atlas Mountains where we will Make some stops. When we arrive in Marrakech in the evening, we will head over to the Riad and spend the night.
On the 6th day of our Morocco travel itinerary of one week from Tangier, after breakfast, we will set out on a new adventure to explore Marrakech city.
We are going to visit the Bahia Palace, an impressive 19th-century palace with unique architecture and nice gardens, and then explore les Jardins Majorelle a quiet garden oasis that was once owned by Yves Saint Laurent.
In the evening, we are going to stroll around Jamaa El Fna, the main square of Marrakesh, and see the bustling market scene, street performances, and local cuisine of Morocco and Marrakech.
On the final day of your Morocco travel itinerary of one week from Tangier, after breakfast in Marrakech, we are going to hit the road and head over to Casablanca. It is the economic capital of Morocco and the largest city in Morocco. We are going to visit the Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world and a masterpiece of Moroccan architecture.
Next, we are going to explore the city’s vibrant medina and market scene and try the local cuisine. In the evening, we are going to either drop you off at the airport or Riad if you still want to stay in Morocco.
