4 days tour from Marrakech to Fes

On the first day of our 4 days desert tour from Marrakech to Fes, we’ll pick you up from your Accommodation in Marrakech, and head over to Boumalne Dades. On the way there, we’ll get to pass through the spectacular Atlas Mountains. We’ll stop there to appreciate the beauty of the landscapes and take some pictures before we carry on driving down to the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou.

The Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou is located near the little Hollywood of Africa, Ouarzazate. Both the Kasbah and Ouarzazate are worth- visiting, in the sense that they are rich in stuff to see and do. By the end of the day, we’ll arrive in Boumalne Dades, where we will spend our first night.

On the second day of our 4 days desert tour from Marrakech to Fes. After breakfast at the Riad in Boumalne Dades, we’ll leave for the Sahara Desert. As we travel to the Sahara Desert, we’ll often stop in some of the Berber villages on the road.

We’ll also pay the Gorges of Toudgha a short visit so you can see the giant Mountains and take some pictures.  Also, you will have a walk and enjoy the breeze of the mountains. After that, we’ll carry on driving to the amazing Sahara Desert where you will have a Camel trekking across the Erg Chebbi Dunes, sandboarding, and the chance to enjoy a spectacular desert sunset & spend the night at a luxury desert camp.

On the third day of our 4-day tour from Marrakech to Fes via the Sahara Desert, we’ll dedicate this very day to a local tour around the Sahara desert.  We’ll explore the Sahara desert on a 4×4 desert Car, meet nomads, spend some fun time chatting with them, and drink Berber mint tea as well as have a traditional Saharan lunch.

After that, we’ll visit Gnawa who resides in a village called Khamlia. We’ll take a moment to listen & enjoy their music as they play and take some pictures while visiting them.

On the fourth & last day of our 4-day desert tour from Marrakech to Fes via the Sahara Desert, we’ll drive all the way to Fes. On the way there, we’ll get to visit Erfoud, a desert town known for fossils and traditional outfits.

Next, we’ll drive to the Valley of Ziz, take pictures, and enjoy the scenery. After that, we’ll make a stop in Midelt City and carry on driving through cedar forests. The latter is where you will get the chance to feed wild monkeys.  The last stop will be in Ifrane.

On our way to Fes from Ifrane, you will see a Bunch of Berber villages with the most captivating views. When we arrive in Fes, one of the four imperial cities in Morocco, our 4-day desert tour from Marrakech comes to an end.
