9 days Morocco itinerary from Casablanca

On the first day of our 9 days Morocco tour from Casablanca, We will meet you at the international airport of Casablanca upon your arrival and we will take you over to your hotel in Casablanca. Depending on the time, we can explore the city or simply relax at your hotel if you are exhausted & jetlagged.

After breakfast, we will depart from Casablanca and head towards the northern blue city, Chefchaouen. On the way, we will stop at the Capital of Morocco Rabat to explore its highlights. Once we reach Chefchaouen, you will have the rest of the day to explore the city’s charming narrow blue streets and blue-painted buildings and spend a great time there.

After breakfast, we will leave Chefchaouen and drive down to the ancient city of Fes. Before we get there, we will visit Volibilis. After that, we will explore Meknes and have lunch there.  Late in the afternoon, you will have some free time to relax at the Riad in the heart of the old Medina of Fes.

On this very day, you will have a full day to explore each and every corner of Fes with a local guide. You will visit the old medina, often called Fes Elbali, and the oldest school Bou Inania Medersa. We will also pay a visit to this famous museum the Nejjarine Museum of Wooden Arts & Crafts, and then visit other important landmarks in the city of Fes. You will also have the opportunity to try some traditional Moroccan food for lunch.

After breakfast, we will depart from Fes and head towards the Merzouga desert. On the way, we will stop in Ifrane, known as the Swiss of Morocco. Also, we will get to see some wild monkeys in the cedar forest. We will see as well the Ziz Valley, Erfoud, and Rissani. Once we reach Merzouga, ye will ride camels to reach our desert camp and enjoy a traditional dinner and Berber music under the starry sky.

After watching the sunrise over the golden desert of Merzouga, we will ride camels back to Merzouga and depart towards Boumalne Dades. On the way, we will stop at the Todra Gorge, one of the most famous & fascinating valleys in Morocco, and the Berber city of Tinghir. Once we reach Boumalne Dades, you can relax at your hotel

ON THIS VERY DAY, we will drive from Boumalne Dades all the way to the vibrant city of Marrakesh. On the way there, we will make a few stops along the way to see Ouarzazate and its Kasbahs, known mainly for its film industry. When we arrive in Marrakesh, one of the four imperial cities of Morocco, you will have the rest of the day to explore the city unless you are tired and want to rest till the next day.

Today, you will have a full day dedicated to exploring the entire Marrakesh. You will visit the Bahia Palace, the Saadian Tombs, the Koutoubia Mosque, and other important landmarks. You will also have the opportunity to try some traditional Moroccan food for lunch and take as many pictures & film videos of Marrakesh, a city filled with positive energy and a city so alive compared to any other city.

On the ninth day of our 9-day tour, we will have a Marrakesh breakfast and then depart from Marrakesh to Casablanca. Depending on your next plans, we can drop you off at your Riad if you still want to stay or drop you off at the airport to catch your flight.
