Casablanca to Marrakech, Morocco travel itinerary 4 days:

Day I: Casablanca- Rabat (the Capital of Morocco) -Meknes- Volubilis - Fez:

On the very first day of our 4 days Morocco tour from Casablanca to Marrakesh, we will pick you up at your hotel or Riad in Casablanca city, the largest city in Morocco and even in Africa, thanks to its thriving economy and position.

Before we embark on our amazing journey to Marrakesh, we are going to do some sightseeing in Casablanca, as there are some monuments you would want to see, namely the Hassan II Mosque, the 7 largest Mosque in the world with the second tallest minaret in the world. 

In addition to this incredible mosque, we are also going to explore the old cobbled stoned medina, and also, we are going to take a walk by the sea and enjoy the sound of the waves and the seagulls out there.

Afterward, we are going to continue our driving to Rabat, the capital of Morocco, with a long history and a number of monuments to pay a little visit to, such as the fascinating Kasbah of Ouadaias and the well-known Hassan tower;

It is said to be an unfinished minaret of a mosque, and there’s more stuff to do and see while in Rabat. Next, we are going to carry on driving to Meknes and Fez, two of Morocco’s imperial cities with old gates and huge walls and we are going to spend the night in Fez at one of its great Riads.

Day II:Fez- Ifrane- Middle Atlas Mountains- Cedar forests - Midelt - Tizi n Talghomt pass- Errachidia- Erfoud- Sahara Desert – Erg Chebbi- Merzouga:

On the second day of our 4-day Morocco tour from Casablanca to Marrakech, we are going to get up early and hit the road toward the Sahara Desert. On the way there we are going to pass through the little city of Ifrane, often called the little Switzerland of Africa, because of its unique architecture that resembles the one in Switzerland and the fact that it snows there almost every winter.

After that, we are going to continue to Midelt, but on the way there, we are going to make a few stops for you to rest and see the beauty of the middle Atlas Mountain cedar forests and the adorable little monkeys we see along the way.

Next, we are going to stop and get a table for lunch at some of the best restaurants in Midelt city. After that, we are going to continue driving through Tizi n Talghomt pass with its countless panoramic views all the way to Erfoud, the gateway to the enchanting Sahara Desert.

Erfoud is known mainly for fossils and traditional Berber or nomads outfits, which you might find interesting. By the end of the day, we will get to the Sahara Desert, ride our camels in the middle of the sand dunes, and trek all the way up to Erg Chebbi, one of the highest sand dunes out there and the one from which you can get a better view of the most beautiful Saharan sunset. Last but not, we are going to call it a night at a well-equipped desert camp.

Day III: Merzouga- Tinghir- The gorges of Toudgha- Dades Valley:

On the third day of our 4 days Morocco tour from Casablanca to Marrakech, we are going to get up early to see enjoy the spectacular sunup and snap some pictures of that amazing view, and then we are going to ride our camels back to our hotel for a delicious desert breakfast and a cozy shower before we drive to the gorges of Toudgha, located a couple of miles away from Tinghir city.

When we get there, you will these giant mountains and water springs as well as a bunch of tourists walking around and enjoying every moment there. After that, we are going to continue driving to Boumalne Dades where we will spend the night.

Day IV: Dades Valley- Ouarzazate- Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou- Marrakesh:

On the fourth, and unfortunately last day of our 4 days in Morocco from Casablanca, we are going to travel to Marrakesh, the most popular city throughout the world with a number of monuments to visit and lively souks to explore.

Before we arrive in Marrakesh, we are going to see a lot of interesting places, namely Ouarzazate city and the neighboring Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou with a unique vibe and magical architecture which looks like an oil painting.

What’s more, is the fact that it was a shooting spot for a number of both local and foreign movies. In addition to that, we are going to stop at Tichka pass, the high Atlas Mountains with spectacular views. By the end of the day, we will arrive in Marrakesh and drop you off at your Riad or airport depending on what your next plans are.
