On the third day of our tour, we will drive down to the Sahara Desert. On the way there, we will pass through the city of Ifrane, often called the little Switzerland of Africa. It has beautiful and picturesque architecture. After that, we will stop at Cedar Forests along the way; we will take numerous pictures and enjoy the unique Atlas atmosphere.

Next, we will continue our drive toward Midelt and then the Ziz Valley all the way via Errachidia and Erfoud, two desert towns before we arrive in the Sahara Desert.  When we get there, we will be welcomed with a glass of mint tea and ride camels all the way up to the highest sand dunes and enjoy the sunset up there.

On the fourth day of our 6 days from Fes to Marrakesh via the Sahara Desert, we will dedicate this very day to exploring the Sahara Desert of Merzouga. We will take a 4×4 car and take a tour around the most visited places in the Sahara Desert, starting with Erg Chebbi, a huge sand dune from which one can enjoy the beauty of the sunset/ sunrise.

We’ll take many pics of the Sahara and meet actual nomads in their traditional outfits. After that, we will visit Khamlia and listen to the music of Gnawa. We will have a Saharan lunch in the middle of the Desert and see the amazing sunset. At night, we will head over to our desert camp and we will see nomads playing drums and singing Berber music. We will also do some stargazing and then call it a night.

On the fifth day of our 6 days tour from Fes to Marrakech, we’ll make sure you get up early so you can see the magnificent dawn over the sand dunes, then have breakfast at the camp and have a warm shower. After that, our driver will pick you up and transport you to the Toudgha Gorges, which are famous for their cliffs and mountains.

Climbers and people who are crazy about mountains and rocks will find this place a paradise. Before arriving at the Toudgha Gorges, you will pass through the town of Rissani, which is renowned for its traditional souks and Ksars. You will then proceed to the Dades Gorges, where you will eat dinner and spend the night.

After breakfast, you will depart the Dades Gorges and travel to Marrakesh. You will pass through Skoura, known for its Kasbahs and palm groves, and Ouarzazate, Africa’s “Little Hollywood,” where you will visit the Taourirt Kasbah and see Berber architecture.
