Itinerary: 2 days tour from Marrakech to Zagora:

Your exclusive 2 days guided desert adventure

Day 1: Marrakesh-Kasbah Ait Benhaddou- Ouarzazate-Zagora- Erg Chegaga Sahara Desert):

On the first day of our 2 days tour from Marrakech to Zagora Sahara Desert, our friendly driver will pick you up at your Riad or hotel in Marrakech. On the way to the Sahara Desert, you will get to enjoy the amazing scenery along the way.

It is a great opportunity for you to explore Morocco and take some pictures as you travel across the Atlas Mountains all the way to the most popular Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou. The Kasbah is often referred to as the little Hollywood of Morocco. Thanks to the fact that some parts of some famous movies were filmed there.

The Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou is quiet and as beautiful as a painting. Also, it is regarded as a must-see, once you land in Morocco. A couple of miles from the Kasbah is the small, yet wonderful city of Ouarzazate. The latter is where you’ll get to explore its Studios, and the kasbah Taourirte.

Afterward, our driver will carry on driving through some of the highest mountains between Ouarzazate and Agdez. We can stop for a little break at the highest point in order for you to snap some pictures and enjoy the panoramic view from up there.

Last but not least, we’ll reach Zagora, a small Saharan city where It’s almost always sunny for those of you who enjoy the sun and the impeccable Saharan climate. Not only that but there is also a wonderful palm grove stretching almost the way from Zagora and the neighboring towns to the Sahara Desert. 

You will be welcomed with a glass of mint tea before setting off on your camel ride. Immerse yourself in one of the most spectacular experiences the desert has to offer as you are taken across some of the highest dunes amongst the backdrop of a Saharan sunset. The camels will take you to your luxury desert camp for the night, while your luggage will be taken to the camp by our driver.

Day 2:South East Morocco, Zagora, Sahara Desert- Marrakesh:

On the last day of your 2-day desert trip from Marrakech to Zagora, after spending one night at a well-equipped luxury desert camp, you’ll have a delicious Moroccan breakfast and watch the fabulous sunrise, and sand dunes, capture these moments. Perhaps, for your loved ones back home.

In addition to that, you can take a shower, and have some time to enjoy the place before you get ready to hit the road back to Marrakech. We will drop you off at your Riad or airport depending on what your next plans are.
