7 days Morocco tour from Marrakech to Fes

On the first day of our 7 days Morocco tour from Marrakech to Fes via the Sahara Desert, we will pick you up at the airport in Marrakech city upon your arrival and drive over to the riad in the same city, Marrakech.

On the second day of our 7-day Morocco tour from Marrakech to Fes, you will get up early, have breakfast, take a cozy shower at the riad, and then start your guided tour of Marrakech city. Our tour guide will take you to explore the city of Marrakech and visit its monuments and popular places, namely Jamaa Lfna, a famous square known for a bunch of activities such as storytelling, etc.

Also, there are a bunch of Cafes & restaurants as well as snake charmers and stuff like that there in Jamma Lfna. In addition to that, we will visit the Majorelle gardens, and stroll in the old medina of Marrakech. In short, this very first day of our journey in Morocco will be fun, as we will explore the entire Marrakech. At night, we’ll head back to our Riad to rest.

On the third day of your 7-day Morocco tour from Marrakech to Fes, you will make new memories and enjoy a memorable time in such a magnificent land, as we take you on an exciting journey through our gorgeous nation. We’ll get to pass through the High Atlas Mountain range on our way to the Sahara Desert, and we’ll stop along the way so you can rest and take pictures.

When we reach the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, you will be able to appreciate its magnificent architecture and spectacular vistas. Many movies, both Moroccan and foreign, were filmed at this Kasbah. After that, we’re going to drive through Ouarzazate, a city famous for its kasbahs, and Atlas studios that we will visit. We’ll arrive in Dades Valley by the end of the day, and we’ll spend a night there in a hotel.

On the 4th day of our 7 days in Morocco tour from Marrakech to Fes, you will have the opportunity to take a shower, eat a fantastic breakfast, and then drive to Merzouga to explore the Sahara Desert. We will go a few miles past the renowned Toudgha Gorges, which are situated not far from Tinghir. The Gorge is absolutely stunning because, it has enormous mountains, springs, and a number of cliffs.

It is a top-notch destination for those who enjoy climbing and other related activities, it is practically a paradise. Last but not least, we will continue our way to Merzouga passing by various places such as Erfoud where we will see a fossil workshop. Not far from Erfoud, we will get to Merzouga, in particular, Erg Chebbi, which is renowned for its golden sand dunes and breathtaking panoramas. You’ll hop on a camel and trek into the mesmerizing Sahara Desert to spend the night in a luxury desert camp.

On day five of your 7 days Morocco tour from Marrakech to Fes, we’ll embark on a new adventure the following morning, but it will be a local one and we’ll be using a 4×4 vehicle to travel over the Sahara Desert. While we were off-roading in the desert, you would meet Authentic nomads. You will get the chance to spend time with them in the Sahara Desert and learn about their simple, yet amazing way of life there.

We’ll also enjoy desert food in Khamlia which is called the Sahara pizza as the main dish, mint tea. Also, you will watch and see the Touaregs dancing and playing their Berber music, and capture a ton of photos and videos while doing all that. Today, you will spend the night in a hotel in Merzouga.

On day six of your 7-day tour from Marrakech to Fes, we’ll take the road to Fes, where our one week in Morocco from Marrakech to Fes will end. We’ll drive you through beautiful scenery, palm groves, and mountains. We will first and foremost make a stop in both the neighboring Saharan towns, Erfoud and Rissani to enjoy a moment in the traditional souks.

After that, we are going to carry on driving through Errachidia all the way to Ziz Valley with its picturesque views, and then continue to Cedar forests in the middle of Atlas Mountains, where you will meet some wild monkeys. Last but not least, we will visit Ifrane city, often known as the little Switzerland of Africa. When we arrive in Fes, you will spend the night in a riad.

On the last day of our 7-day Morocco tour from Marrakech to Fes via the Sahara Desert (Merzouga), we will dedicate this day to exploring the imperial city of Fes with a long history and a long list of attractions to visit. We will explore the old medina of Fes and the Melah (Jewish neighborhood) and then pay the tannery a visit to see the place where leather stuff is made.

We will also visit the modern part of Fes (New Fes). After a tour around the city of Fes, our 7 days in Morocco come to an end, and we will drop you off at the airport.
