You will begin your adventure by being picked up by your tour guide at the airport in Casablanca, the largest city in Morocco. Head straight to Fes via Rabat, the capital of Morocco, giving you the chance to dedicate a full day of exploration in one of the most enchanting and historical cities around.
Your journey will then take you down to the spellbinding Sahara Desert of Merzouga, a must-see place during your time in Morocco. Take in one of the most spectacular sunsets you could ever see, trek across the magical sand dunes by camel into the heart of the Sahara and enjoy an out of this world view of the night sky as you spend the night at a luxury desert camp.
From there, head over to Todra and Dades, known for their giant canyons and gorges. Spend a night in Boumalne Dades before making your way to Marrakech via the “Hollywood of Morocco”, Ouarzazate, and the majestic UNESCO World Heritage site of Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou.
The trip continues as you cross the High Atlas Mountains, where you can soak up some fantastic scenery all the way until Marrakech, where you can wander through the narrow alleyways of the medina in one of the most vibrant and famous cities in the world.
Last but not least, time for a bit of sun and sea! Take a trip to the beautiful coastal cities of Essaouira and Azilal, known for its breathtaking waterfalls.

On the first day of your 10-day in Morocco tour from Casablanca, you will be greeted at the airport in Casablanca, the largest and most populated city in the country. Once a bit settled in, you will start your time in Morocco by paying a visit to the Hassan II Mosque, the largest operating mosque in Africa and the 14th biggest in the world.
From there you will head off to Rabat, the capital of Morocco. Rabat is a rich city with a long history and a number of important monuments to see, such as the Kasbah of Udayas and the unfinished Hassan Tower, the minaret of an incomplete mosque from the 12th century.
Your day will end in Fes, one of the four imperial cities. However, on your way there, sever further stops will be made in both Meknes and the Roman ruins of Vollibilis.
Volubilis is the only city of its kind in Morocco, located in the outskirts of the Fes-Meknes region. Here you will have the chance to explore the well-preserved ruins, including the Basilica, the Capitoline Temple, and the Triumphal Arch.
Meknes is known as the “Versailles of Morocco”, and is another of the four imperial cities known for its long and interesting history derived from the Ismaeli dynasty that ruled Morocco many centuries ago. Visit the beautiful Bab Mansour Gate at the heart of Meknes, the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, the Royal Stables, and other various important monuments.
Once in Fes, you will be served a traditional Moroccan dinner and spend the night in a riad.
On the second day of your 10-day in Morocco tour from Casablanca, get ready for a full day of exploration of Fes, the cultural and spiritual heart of Morocco.
Fes is one of the four imperial cities of Morocco with a unique vibe and rich history. Get lost in the labyrinthine city center with your local guide as you wander through the narrow winding streets of the UNESCO-listed Fes el-Bali (Old Medina). There you will visit centuries-old tanneries, intricately decorated mosques, plus one of the oldest universities in the world and the first ever founded by a woman – the University of Al-Quaraouiyine. While there, don’t forget to immerse yourself in the medina’s bustling atmosphere as you wind your way through the old city’s countless lively markets.
Once you leave the old center, discover some of the most fascinating historical hot spots outside of the medina to experience Fes from a different perspective. Stops include the Royal Palace Gates, the Jewish Quarter “Mellah”, and the South Tower, which offers an incredible panoramic view of the old city.
Beyond its extraordinary beauty and allure, Fes is also world famous for its one-of-a-kind ceramics. To learn more, you will have the opportunity to meet local artisans and see first-hand how they practice their craft.
On the day three of your 10-day in Morocco tour from Casablanca, travel south through the Middle Atlas Mountains en route to the Sahara Desert. On the way there, you are going to stop by Ifrane, a picturesque town known as the “Little Switzerland” of Africa, given its alpine architecture and snowy weather in the winter.
Next, you will stop by the Cedar Forest in Azrou, home to the Barbary Macaques wild monkeys. You can even feed the monkeys if you fancy!
After your time with your new forest friends, carry on to Midelt, a town located in the Middle Atlas Mountains which is known for its apple production. After that, your drive will continue through the Ziz Valley, known for its palm groves, Berber towns and scenic landscapes well-worth capturing.
Once you arrive to Merzouga, you will see a whole different vibe and scenery unique to Morocco’s Saharan Desert. Experience a camel ride through the golden sand dunes, watch a most memorable sunset, and enjoy traditional Berber music all while spending some time under the night sky around a campfire at your luxury desert camp.
On the fourth day of your 10-day in Morocco tour from Casablanca, we encourage you to wake up early in order to witness the stunning sunrise over the Sahara Desert. It’s worth it, we promise!
After breakfast at the camp, you’ll explore the surrounding area and visit a nomadic family to learn more about their traditional way of life.
Later on, venture into the stunning Erg Chebbi Dunes and enjoy the tranquility of the desert. In the afternoon you’ll head back to the hotel near the palm grove, where you can relax and take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool.
On day five of your 10-day Morocco tour itinerary from Casablanca, get up early and leave for the Dades Valley. En route you will be taken to Rissani, a traditional market town known for its vibrant souks and historical monuments. Visit the Moulay Ali Cherif Mausoleum and explore the animated local market.
Following some tea and spice shopping, the day continues with a tour of the impressive Todra Gorges, known for its towering cliffs and breathtaking scenery, plus the sensational Dades Valley, characterized by its stunning rock formations and picturesque landscapes. Spend the night in a hotel overlooking the valley.
Day seven is exclusively dedicated to exploring the divinely vibrant Marrakech.
Several of the main attractions include the Bahia Palace, the Saadian Tombs, the Majorelle Garden, the world-famous Djemaa el-Fna square, the iconic Koutoubia Mosque and the winding streets of the UNESCO-listed medina.
You will also have the opportunity to try some traditional Moroccan food for lunch as you gear up for an afternoon of trying your hand at negotiating for a piece of Morocco like a local at the souks – the various traditional markets which are beating heart of this city brimming with positive energy and life.
On day eight of your 10-day in Morocco tour from Casablanca, depart from Marrakesh and head out to sea. Essaouira is coastal city on the Atlantic which boasts a unique vibe. You will stop at various argan oil cooperatives along the way and learn about how this special oil is produced. Feel free to take some of this wonderfully multi-purpose oil home, if you wish!
Once in Essaouira, stroll through the old medina located next to the ocean and stop by the port.
When ready, head over to your riad and call it a night.
On the ninth day of your 1o-day in Morocco tour from Casablanca, swap the gorgeous ocean waters for the breathtaking waterfalls of Ouzoud near the city of Azilal. Without a doubt, this is one of the most peaceful and serene places you can visit.
Return to Marrakech for the night.
